We
will be continually looking in the local and
specialised press, regularly contact the Real
Estate Agencies in Barcelona, search in specialised
web sites, as well as personally contact the
owners of properties we have in our database.

We
will visit all the properties that we find
interesting and meet the criteria defined
by the client.
•
We
will send the client digital pictures, property
reports rich in detail that enable him/her
to evaluate different properties from home,
and narrow down the choice to a final shortlist
for viewing.
•
At
the end of each month, BRS will prepare a
brief report mentioning the properties that
have been visited.
•
When
the client visits Spain to view the shortlist
of properties, we will be there to show him/her
around and provide him/her with accurate information
he/she needs to evaluate alternatives and
make the best decision.
•
Once
the client is ready to buy the property we
guide him/her through the purchase process
so that he/she never has to worry (we organize
contacts with lawyers and notaries).
•
We
assist the client in negotiating the price
and conditions and signing the contract.
